Meet the Inspector   My Home Inspector’s Philosophy A home inspection is a snapshot of the major systems of a home. As a home inspector, I provide a valuable service to the homebuyer and seller by assessing those major systems and reporting on their condition to the seller and/or buyer for their use in the home sale/purchase decision-making process. EXPERIENCED I have been inspecting homes in the Puget Sound region for over four years and have provided hundreds of homebuyers and owners with detailed inspection reports. I bring the knowledge of my experience with the following: Inspection Training Associates trained Continuing education in home systems Continuing pest identification education Inspecting Homes Is My Only Business. I do not do home repairs or refer contactors to repair as this can be viewed as unethical. It is very important that my company remain as objective and unbiased as possible as I only work for you, my client.
